Andrew Mais, WM of Cestreham Lodge, 6674, recently raffled a teddy bear at a white table event and raised £110.
The winner of the teddy bear was Martin Brooks, also of Cestreham Lodge but, since his children are all grown, up Martin donated the bear to Adam Keeley, a new Mason, initiated into Cestreham Lodge in April.
Adam’s son Henry had just undergone major heart surgery and needed some TLC. The bear seems to have fulfilled that role extremely well.
The picture shows Henry relaxing with the bear.
