Bletchley & Fenny War Memorial Restoration

Bletchley and Fenny Stratford Town Council has recently taken on responsibility for maintenance of the War Memorial in Queensway

You may have noticed that it has been professionally cleaned by a specialist contractor.

On Saturday 26th May the Memorial received more care and attention to both the borders and planting. This work was kindly undertaken voluntarily by local Freemasons in the community. BFSTC Chair, Angela Kennedy and Vice-Chair, Richard Graham visited the volunteers at work to thank them for their time and efforts.

The gate is newly restored.

This project is a work in progress and represents the council’s commitment to work in partnership with local community groups and we would like to thank the Freemasons for their work.
