Mentoring – continuing development, evaluation and review.June 2013

In June’s website article I hope to show that your Lodge’s mentoring programme can only achieve its aims if it operates within a well organised structure. This includes a defined process of monitoring and evaluation. Everyone involved in the scheme should be involved in this review process to ensure on-going continuous improvement.

The Lodge Mentor's Role





Every lodge must take care of all its members. The Lodge Mentor has a vital role to play as it is his responsibility to ensure that Mentoring is not only implemented, but that it also works effectively in his Lodge. He must co-ordinate the Mentoring process to ensure that every member has a suitable and effective Mentor who will nurture them on their Masonic journey and to whom they can turn when needed.
