The content of these well-attended seminars covers all aspects of being a Lodge Secretary, such as essential reporting to Grand and Provincial Grand Offices, Book of Constitutions fundamentals, preparation of Lodge Summonses and general points relating to Lodge Management. The discussion groups have revealed many tips and wrinkles which more experienced secretaries have found useful.

The next series of this very successful programme is scheduled for the first half of 2011.

The seminar content is constantly updated to accommodate the latest issues concerning Lodge Secretaries and attendance by experienced Secretaries is extremely useful in generating discussion and passing valuable advice to newer or aspiring holders of this important office.
