Peter Carey
PROVINCIAL GRAND ALMONER
Peter was born in 1944. He is married with two children and two grand children.
MASONIC BIOGRAPHY
- Peter was initiated into Knebworth Lodge, Herts, 1982, became Master in 1995 and Chaplain in 1997. He wrote the Lodge History and was an active ProvAGDC, 1992-4.
- He joined Scientific Lodge, Bucks, in 1992, became Assistant Secretary in 1993, Master in 1997 and Secretary from 1992-6. He was Assistant Secretary and Secretary of Wolverton Masonic Hall and is now a Trustee.
- He was a Provincial Steward in 1998 and has been Provincial Grand Almoner since 2006. He has enjoyed being Visiting Officer of three lodges across the Province and working on a national Provincial Almoner Committee. He is in Bucks Masters Lodge (1998) and Bucks Stewards Lodge (1998).
- In the Royal Arch, he was exalted into St George’s Chapter in 1993, became MEZ in 2002 and Prov AGDC in 2007.
