Graham was born in 1952. He was educated at Brunel University where he obtained a Certificate of Advanced Study Computer Science. He has also passed the British Computer Society Exam. He is a semi-retired Software Engineer. His hobby is golf.

• Initiated into Marcellians Lodge 4450 in 1992 and was Worshipful Master in 1999.
• Joined Five Points Lodge 8197 in 1999 and was Worshipful Master in 2003.
• Joined Bucks Masters Lodge 3305 in 2007.
• Appointed Past Provincial Senior Grand Deacon in 2005.
• Promoted to Provincial Grand Mentor in 2011.

• Exalted into Five Points Chapter 8197 in 1998 and was MEZ in 2002.
• Joined Bucks First Principals Chapter in 2002.
• Joined Bucks Provincial Grand Stewards Chapter 3305 in 2005.
• Appointed Provincial Grand Steward in 2005.
• Promoted to Provincial Grand Principal Sojourner in 2011.
