The Worshipful Master is elected each year by the Brethren of the Lodge and is then "installed" into the Chair by his predecessor.
These Master Elect/Warden workshops aim to help and support the incoming head of the Lodge with information on all those other roles and responsibilities that will make his year successful. Coming to the ‘Chair’ for the first time can seem somewhat daunting with all the ceremonies to learn and to deliver (and with everyone watching).
